Returns and Exchanges
- Online orders may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt of merchandise.
- Returns or exchange of merchandise purchased at a performance must be made within 14 days of the performance / purchase date.
- All items must be returned in like new condition.
- Opened media items, including DVDs, cannot be returned. In the case of defective media, we will provide an exchange for the same title only.
- To request a return or exchange, please email email@example.com. If you are requesting an exchange for a different size shirt, please indicate the size you need so we may check our available stock.
- Customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return item.
- Most orders are processed within 48 hours.
- Requests for autographed merchandise can delay shipment up to 3 weeks, depending on Chris’ performance schedule. We will notify you of your expected ship date.
- Domestic and international orders are shipped by United States Postal Service.
- Standard delivery times for our flat rate shipping are 5-7 days for U.S orders, and 7-14 days for international orders.
- International customers are responsible for any taxes, duties or customs fees related to the shipment.
- Overnight and 2-Day shipping options may be available for an additional cost. Please contact us for costs of express shipping options.
